Explore Roche Constructors' renovation of Adams Bank & Trust in Greeley, CO! The scope of work for the renovation included new flooring, paint, millwork, cabinets, light fixtures, signage, and storefront improvements. Under a separate contract, Team Roche also completed a new turn lane off of 71st Avenue and into the existing bank parking lot. Work included demolition of the existing sidewalk and curb and gutter, storm water collection improvements, backfill, and new concrete turn lane and concrete sidewalk to match the existing. So far, the building is occupied by the X-Suites at Fox Run, which offers private office space with no long-term contracts or lease agreements. The scope of work included the construction of a core and shell building for office space. The building features an entry vestibule with a hallway leading to two restrooms, a mechanical room, and two office shell spaces for future tenants. 🚧🏫 Crafting Educational Spaces: Don & Dee Snyder Elementary School! Nestled at Ford Avenue and Riley Street in Las Vegas, Team Roche proudly constructed Don & Dee Snyder Elementary School, an educational endeavor spanning 12 acres. The project intricately involved the construction of a 39,034-square-foot single-story building dedicated to administration and specialty kindergarten classrooms. Complementing this is a substantial 61,498-square-foot, two-story structure housing classrooms and a media center. The unique design includes two wings connected by a second-story bridge, fostering an exterior breezeway. Outdoor spaces feature a botanical garden and a courtyard with a stage. The expansive scope incorporated overlot grading, utilities, parking lots, landscaping, and more.
